My clients even use this work for onboarding purposes, to share values and convey culture or as a rally cry for the troops. Brands based on the values that live within an organization and the needs and desires of audiences are stronger, more meaningful and build deeper connections.
My process is unique. It’s designed to get people talking in terms that are real, emotional and human. It’s why one client recently said to me, “You got us like no one else has.” That made me proud.

My work draws on my:
- 30+ years of experience in advertising and marketing
- love for archetypal branding (how it gets stakeholders, inside and outside an organization, to talk beyond industry jargon)
- ability to ask the right questions, interesting questions, and listen
- ability to find consensus when everyone seems to come from a different perspective
- understanding that messaging needs to be clear, compelling, and useful
- yoga and mindfulness practice (it keeps me grounded and focused)
